From planning through occupancy, Miramar General Contracting provides construction services, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and general operations for small to medium sized new single and multi-family dwellings and renovation projects.

Miramar General Contracting provides an on-site superintendent to oversee day-to-day implementation of your project, a project manager to provide daily coordination and working relationships with your staff, and a senior officer to manage the entire process.

Projects are based on a lump-sum, unit-price or a cost plus basis and to be completed in a timely matter. Competitive bids and negotiated proposals are prepared under the direction of an estimating manager and a senior officer, based on client specifications.
